The circus has arrived in Las Vegas but this year things might be different. Ringling Bros. is waiting a decision by a federal judge as to whether endangered elephants can be used in their circus. The Ringling Bros. elephant abuse trial is coming to an end. There was no jury in this case so the judge will make the sole decision, which will be available this summer. It’s only March so I don’t know why it will take so long for their to be a verdict.
