Los Angeles Residents by 3-to-1 Majority Want LA Zoo’s New Elephant Habitat Completed
Most residents of Los Angeles want the zoo’s elephant habitat to be completed. The new habitat will be nice but will do nothing to ease the loneliness of Billy. I’m of the opinion that he should go to a sanctuary.
