Vikram Chatwal’s dad is one of the largest conmen in the histoy of the US – not only did he defraud American banks of millions of dollars he is an equal opportunity crook with various Indian banks losing significant monies on loans. In fact, during Clinton’s state visit to India in 2000, the Indian FBI tried to arrest him and he fled back to the US.
