		<description>Leaders should be broad minded, if elephants are giving problems, analyse why??, set them to the place they belong, the problem is not going to be solved by taking stupid actions, only after root of the issue is identified.
Worst thing that would bring our civilization to an end is when there are supporters for those kind of idea in view of thinking those would help development...
